Application:
The mould test box is ideal for testing the performance indexes of aerospace products, materials, electronic products and various electronic components in hot and humid environment.
Chamber Structure:
The chamber body formed by NC machine tool, with good shape and no reaction handle, which is easy to operate.
The inner tank of the chamber is imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the outer case is sprayed with A3 steel plate, which improve the appearance and cleanliness.
The water supply tank is placed in the lower right part of the control box, and there is automatic protection of water shortage, which is more convenient for the operator to supplement the water source.
The large viewing window is equipped with an illuminating light to keep the inside of the chamber bright, and the inside of it is clearly observed at any time by using the tempered glass embedded in the heating body.
The humidification system pipeline is separated from the control circuit board to avoid malfunction due to water leakage in the humidification pipeline and improve safety.
The waterway system piping circuit system is gate-opened for easy maintenance and overhaul.
Ultra-fine fiber insulation cotton is used for chamber insulation
The cabinet is insulated with microfiber insulation cotton to avoid unnecessary energy loss.
The left side of the chamber is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 50mm, which can be used for external test power or signal lines.
Freezing and Air system:
The refrigerator is French-made "Tecumseh" fully-enclosed compressor.
The refrigeration system is designed with unit dehumidification system.
The multi-wing blower can strongly circulate the air to avoid any dead angle, and the temperature distribution in the testing area can be evenly distributed.
The design of air circulation, the air pressure and the air speed circulating outlet meet the test standard, and also can make the temperature stabilization time fast by instantaneously opening the door.
Temperature rising, cooling and system independence can improve efficiency, reduce test cost, increase life and reduce failure rate.
