Fast-alternating high/low temperature-damp-heat test chamber
This machine specializes in testing the heat, cold, dry and moisture resistance of various materials. It can choose Chinese or English LCD to display touch screen, which is easy to operate and edit program. It can display complete system operation data, execution and program curve. When malfunctions occur in operation, the screen will automatically display the causes of the failure and provide troubleshooting methods.
1. Product Overview:
This equipment is based on MIL-STD-2165 and IEC 600868-2-14. When performing temperature cycling stress screening test, it should be started from normal temperature, which is different from the traditional thermal shock test and temperature cycle test. The products can be tested are below:
· Material flaws: coating, material, wire crack cracking particles, chemical contamination, seal failure, etc.
· Electronic flaws: increased contact resistance of solder joints, short circuit caused by solder joints, poor short circuit of capacitor transistor, IC damage, rupture of resistor, rupture of mica insulation gasket, drift of component parameters, etc.
· Production flaws: joint or screw slack, poor solder joint contact, improper assembly, short circuit, improper component installation, misuse of components, etc.
