High/low temperature-damp-heat alternating test chamber

Applications:

This product is ideal for aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electricians, electronic products, various electronic components in the high and low temperature or humid and hot environment to test their performance indicators.

Chamber Structure

The chamber body is CNC machine tool with non-reaction handle, which is easy to operate.

The interior of the chamber is imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panel, and the external is coating with A3 steel plate, which improves the appearance and cleanliness.
The water supply tank is placed in the lower right part of the chamber and has automatic protection of water shortage, which makes it easier for operators to replenish water sources.
The large viewing window is equipped with an illuminating light to keep the inside of the chamber bright, and the inside is clearly to observe at any time by using the tempered glass embedded in the heating body.

The humidifying control system pipeline is separated from the control circuit board in order to avoid malfunction for water leakage in the humidifying pipeline and improve safety.
The waterway system pipeline circuit system is convenient for maintenance and overhaul.
Double-layer high-temperature resistant high-strength sealing strip between the door and the chamber to ensure the sealing of the test area. 
The left side of the chamber is equipped with a test hole with a diameter of 50mm or 100mm, which can be used for external test power wires or signal wires.
High-quality fixed PU movable wheel at the chamber bottom.

Cooling System

The refrigerating machine of chamber is French-made "Tecumseh" fully-enclosed compressor.
Freezing system with unit or binary low temperature loop system design. 
The multi-wing blower can strongly circulate the air to any angle, and the temperature distribution in the testing area can be evenly distributed;
The design of air circulation, the air pressure and the air speed circulating outlet meet the test standard, and also can make the temperature stabilization time fast by instantaneously opening the door;
Temperature rising, cooling and system independence can improve efficiency, reduce test cost, increase life and reduce failure rate;

Control System

The test chamber temperature and humidity control instrument adopts self-developed temperature meter, 7’’ HD true color LCD touch screen, simple screen operation, easy program editing, no input key, direct touch screen option.
The controller operation interface is available in both English and Chinese, and the real-time operation graph can be displayed on the screen. 

With a capacity of 100 sets of 1000 segments and 999 cycles, the maximum value is set to 99 hours and 59 minutes per time. 
After the data and test conditions are entered, the controller has a screen lock function to avoid shutdown by manual touch.
With RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, you can design programs on the computer, monitor the test process and perform functions such as automatic power on/off. With automatic calculation function, the temperature and humidity change conditions can be corrected immediately, making the temperature and humidity control more precise and stable.
